Shipping policy

Please know that although we try our best to process and ship out all orders in a timely manner, carriers may still experience unprecedented delays. If your tracking does not show an update for a few days, please know that it is still in transit and on its way to you! If your package has already been shipped and you have questions regarding the location, status and/or delivery of your package, please contact the carrier directly for more information or click here.

Selene Stone is not responsible for carrier delays, late delivery and/or packages delivered after the estimated arrival date.

Shipping times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and are typically shipped within 3-5 business days. However, during the holiday season and times of high volume, we may require a few additional days.

Once your order is ready to be sent, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please be advised that after you receive this notification, it may take 72+ hours for the tracking information to populate, depending on when the carriers pick up and/or scan in the packages. All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS and are typically delivered within 2-5 business days depending on your location. However, this is just an estimate given by the carrier and transit time is subject to change.

Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs, which are calculated at checkout unless noted otherwise. We are currently offering free shipping on US orders $60+ within the continental USA.

Please note, due our small operating team and limited resources, we do not offer expedited shipping at this time. Occasionally, we will upgrade your shipping free of charge.

Packages Arriving Later Than Expected

Selene Stone is not responsible for carrier delays, late delivery and/or packages delivered after the estimated arrival date. Although we do our best to process and ship out all orders as quickly as possible, sometimes carriers may experience unforeseen delays to due weather, Covid-19 and other circumstances. 

Undeliverable & Return To Sender Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing orders and using the provided tracking information to monitor their shipment. If a package cannot be delivered by the carrier, is abandoned at pickup, and/or is returned to sender, we will contact the customer for a new/updated address first. Returned packages can be reshipped for a standard $5.00* fee which goes toward the cost of a new shipping label. If no updated address is provided and/or if the reshipping option is declined, store credit will be issued for the total amount paid for the order, less any discounts and shipping fees, and the initial cost paid by the shipper.

*Reshipping fee may be more than $5.00 depending on the original shipping cost paid by customer and/or shipper.

Refused Packages

Any packages refused by the recipient and returned to our store will result in a $5.00 restocking fee in addition to the cost to ship the package to and from receiver, which will be deducted from the amount of store credit that will be issued.

 

Missing or Damaged Items

In the event that an item arrives damaged or if an item is missing from your order, please contact hello@selenestone.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will be happy to assist you.

Missing or Stolen Packages

Selene Stone is not responsible for any missing or stolen packages, and will not reimburse or duplicate any stolen or missing items after delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping information provided is secure and accurate at the time of purchase. If you package has been marked "delivered" but is missing, we recommend following up with your local post office (USPS packages) or carrier directly.


International Shipping

All international orders are FINAL SALE and are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) / Collect on Delivery (C.O.D).

 

Duties, customs, brokerage fees, and/or taxes are billed directly to the customer and are not included in the item price or stated shipping charges on our website. This means that you may have to pay additional fees upon receipt of, or in order to receive your delivery.

Please check with your country’s customs office and shipping country to determine what these additional costs will be, as well as what any import restrictions may be prior to purchasing from SeleneStone.com.

We do not accept refused or returned international shipments.

*We are not able to ship herbal bundles, herbal clearing sticks, or palo santo internationally. Some countries do not allow certain books or tarot/oracle decks to enter their country.* 

 

Local In-store Pick Up

Pick Up is currently unavailable, but we hope to be able to reinstate this option again soon!
