Refund policy
Standard Return Policy:
Reasonable returns are accepted within 21 days of purchase for exchange only at this time. If you’d like to make a return, please contact hello@selenestone.com prior to returning your merchandise. Please note that Sale items may not be returned.
Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with packaging, tags, etc. in tact. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and ensuring that merchandise has been packaged securely. Using a traceable shipping method with tracking information is highly recommended.
Returns will be accepted at the sole discretion of Selene Stone. Exchanges will be issued after returns have been received and inspected. Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs.

Missing or Damaged Items
In the event that an item arrives damaged or if an item is missing from your order, please contact hello@selenestone.com with an accompanying photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will be happy to assist you.
International Orders
We do not accept international returns at this time. All international purchases are FINAL SALE.
